Informational message: Intermittent Inbound Call Connection Failures

We verified that some customers are experiencing inbound call failures to the US-EAST-1 Region. Our monitoring systems identified the issue at 5:26 PM PDT, at which time our Engineers were automatically engaged. We have identified the root cause to be related to a networking configuration on a subset of our fleet, and we are actively working to add capacity with the corrected configuration. We will provide another update by 9:30 PM PDT, or sooner if we have additional information to share.
