Amazon Web Services Posted May 15 Share Posted May 15 Between 5:26 PM and 8:45 PM PDT, some inbound calls to Amazon Connect instances in the US-EAST-1 Region failed to connect due to a networking misconfiguration on a subset of the fleet that handles voice calls. Impacted callers may have heard continued ringing, or silence without being connected. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
