They should have “multiple feedback loops to ensure that high-quality software gets delivered to users”[1]. Development teams also need to review their feedback loops so that they can maximize useful feedback. Testing provides feedback and should be continuous so that it provides quick and continuous feedback to the developers. Testing must always be happening as part of the development process.
