Amazon Web Services Posted February 5 Share Posted February 5 Today, AWS HealthOmics expands its Ready2Run workflows with Ultima Genomics DeepVariant Ready2Run workflow, which is designed to perform variant calling from whole genome sequencing data generated on Ultima Genomics UG100 sequencing instrument.
