In Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.12, we introduced the manual steps to extend cluster nodes into Amazon Web Services (AWS) Local Zones when installing in existing VPC. We are pleased to announce in OpenShift 4.14 the fully IPI (installer-provisioned infrastructure) automation to extend worker nodes to AWS Local Zones.
