How to Block a Website on Android Device

The easiest and most straightforward way to block websites on an Android device is by using third-party applications. AppBlock is one such program that is available for download for free from the Google Play Store. Users of this app can block particular websites. To use AppBlock for website blocking on Android, follow these steps:

Step 1: Search for AppBlock on the Google Play Store and download it to your Android device.


Step 2: Now open the App Block application on your Android phone and tap on Get started option.


Step 3: Then choose what to block.


Step 4: Go to the WEBS tab and add the website URL you want to block then click on the SAVE option.


Step 5: Move toward Set up permissions:


Ensure all options are properly marked as green.


Step 6: Go back and see the Quick Block option that indicates the website is successfully blocked on Android.


You can stop the Block anytime using the Stop button.
