Amazon Web Services Posted June 30, 2023 Share Posted June 30, 2023 Today, Amazon Omics announces support for Common Workflow Language (CWL) version 1.0-1.2. This new capability extends support for multiple workflow languages (WDL, Nextflow, and CWL) in Amazon Omics, allowing customers to use the workflow language of their choice.
