Amazon Web Services Posted February 22, 2023 Share Posted February 22, 2023 AWS App Runner now redirects incoming HTTP based requests to an App Runner service endpoint to HTTPS. Until now, incoming requests to an HTTP endpoint failed with timeout status response. Now, you can use both HTTP and HTTPS endpoints from your client to access your application running on App Runner. App Runner will redirect the incoming request to an HTTPS endpoint with 301 “Moved Permanently” status code.
