Here are some new faces at the Conference:

Matthias Zieger

Matthias has been working in the IT industry for 25 years.  He has broad experience including roles in support, software development, architecture, test automation, application lifecycle management, and DevOps for IBM, Borland, Microsoft, and code-centric, among others. In recent years, he has helped large companies deliver software into production faster using release orchestration and deployment automation techniques from XebiaLabs.  His experiences cover Java EE environments to containers and cloud systems. At Digital.ai he helps large enterprises to achieve their goals in digital transformation through value stream management and value stream delivery as well as through the application of AI and ML methods.

He will talk about how can you measure and improve DevOps in your organization? The well-known DORA metrics are certainly a good first step, but for the “big leap” you need more than that….

 

Felicia Lin

Felicia Lin is a Customer Trainer at Lucid and a certified Scrum Product Owner.  She trains thousands of users across the 99% of Fortune 500 that partner with Lucid. As a learning & development professional with 10+ years of experience, Felicia contributes to organizational growth by training international employees about the power of visual collaboration.

She will walk you through the values of being agile, the challenges of digital transformation, and leading teams to embrace the new ways of working.

Keith Watson

A highly proficient senior manager with 30 years of experience at all levels of software development, test, quality assurance, infrastructure, and customer support. 16 years of management experience working in an international organisation building software development teams in India, Eastern Europe, and Russia. Responsible for ensuring the successful executive approval of product plans, assessing, and recruiting top talent, implementing business strategy, managing portfolio risk, reshaping corporate culture, and restructuring organisations for efficiency and effectiveness. Now seeking the next rewarding opportunity to make a successful impact as an executive in a client-focused team.

 

Dávid Jámbor

David is the Head of Systems Engineering at Vodafone UK. Technology Leader and Tech Enthusiastic. He is passionately building his teams through partnership, common vision, and data-driven approaches. David started his career 14 years ago at IBM, and had an amazing adventure through IT stacks and companies climbing the leader from Senior Engineer, to SRE manager, to Head of SRE… In 2019, Vodafone asked David to help define the company’s DevOps strategy as Head of Systems Engineering, and it turned out to be an extraordinary journey that helped redefine the way we operate today at Digital, Vodafone.

His talk will focus on DevOps mistakes and how to overcome them through real-life examples from his professional career.
