Posted December 17, 2024Dec 17 We are excited to announce that starting today, Amazon Athena is available in the AWS Asia Pacific (Malaysia) Region. Athena is a serverless, interactive analytics service built on open-source Trino and Presto engines, supporting open-table and file formats. Athena provides a simplified, flexible way to analyze petabytes of data, with no provisioning or configuration effort required.
