Welcome to July’s post announcing new training and certification updates — helping equip you and your teams with the skills to work with AWS services and solutions. Missed our June course update? Check it out here.

This month, we launched 25 new digital training products on AWS Skill Builder, including 12 new free digital courses, five new AWS Builder Labs, and two new exciting game-based learning offerings: AWS SimuLearn and AWS Cloud Quest: Generative AI.

AWS SimuLearn pairs Amazon Bedrock generative AI-powered simulations with hands-on training to help individuals learn how to translate business problems into technical solutions. Available on 200+ AWS SimuLearn digital trainings, learners engage in an interactive customer conversation to gather requirements, iteratively develop architecture proposals, receive constructive feedback, build solutions in the AWS Console, and validate implementations — developing their communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and solution design skills.

AWS Cloud Quest: Generative AI encompasses 23 solution-building assignments so that individuals gain practical experience in prompt engineering, code generation, and building generative AI applications at their own pace, in a risk-free AWS Console environment.

New AWS Skill Builder Subscription features

AWS Skill Builder subscriptions are available globally and unlock enhanced AWS Certification exam prep and hands-on AWS Cloud training including 1,000+ interactive learning and lab experiences like AWS Cloud Quest, AWS Industry Quest, AWS Builder Labs, and AWS Jam challenges. Select plans offer access to AWS Digital Classroom courses to dive deep with expert instruction. AWS Digital Classroom courses dive deep with expert instruction and are available with Individual annual subscription and Team subscription.
