Posted June 12, 2024Jun 12 Amazon ElastiCache Serverless now supports the ability to automatically backup and restore your Memcached data. You can now create a snapshot of your serverless Memcached cache and use it to restore the cache or seed data into a new serverless cache, enhancing data resilience and recovery. Hundreds of thousands of customers use ElastiCache to build highly responsive applications. With ElastiCache Serverless, you can accelerate application performance without needing to manage infrastructure and capacity. Previously customers running Memcached workloads on ElastiCache did not have the ability to backup or preserve their data in the event of a failure, data loss, or data migration. With ElastiCache Serverless, you can now backup your Memcached data by taking a snapshot and restore with no impact on availability or performance.View the full article
