Posted December 18, 20204 yr Amazon EC2 now allows you to copy up to 100 Amazon Machine Images (AMIs) concurrently per destination region per account, an increase from the previous limit of 50 concurrent copies. This increase helps reduce the throttling exceptions and propagation limitations faced while copying multiple AMIs across regions at the same time. You can use CopyImage API to copy an AMI from one region to another. View the full article
