With this launch, your on-premises Tape Gateway can backup data to the cloud up to 2x faster than before, up to 5.2 Gbps, and read data from the cloud up to 2x faster than before, up to 8 Gbps. This enhancement enables you to upload more data per gateway to the cloud in your backup window, accelerate restore times of your data stored in the cloud, and optimize on-premises storage used by the gateway.
