You can now use AWS CloudFormation templates to deploy Amazon Connect instances—along with the rest of your AWS infrastructure—in a secure, efficient, and repeatable way. Additionally, you can use AWS CloudFormation to deploy Amazon Connect instances along with other resources within the instance, including users, quick connects, and contact flows.
