Amazon DocumentDB (with MongoDB compatibility) is a fast, scalable, highly available, and fully managed document database service that supports MongoDB workloads. As a document database, Amazon DocumentDB makes it easy to store, query, and index JSON data. Using DMS, you can now perform live migrations to Amazon DocumentDB 4.0 from MongoDB replica sets, sharded clusters, or any AWS DMS supported source including Amazon Aurora, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle, SAP ASE and Microsoft SQL Server databases with minimal downtime.
