Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP is a fully managed AWS service that allows you to run NetApp ONTAP file systems in the AWS Cloud. You can now use AWS Backup’s policy-based capabilities to centrally protect Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP along with other AWS services for storage, database, and compute that AWS Backup supports. You can protect your Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP file systems with immutable backups, and generate auditor-ready reports to prove compliance of your data protection policies.
