HSBC has recently announced that it would give employees training in fintech.
Indeed, with all the digital changes in banks, it is vital that employees are able to keep pace with customer demand for fintech-based products and services and improve efficiency and effectiveness. The bank is thus offering training at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School to learn about emerging technologies such as cryptocurrencies and blockchain.
This Fintech 101 education program will provide foundation training on fintech technologies and how to use them. Employees will then learn about digital disruption and platforms as well as artificial intelligence and open banking. This opportunity will help employees gain a better knowledge of the fintech economy and leverage technology and develop new digital products and services for their customers.
